Years ago I adopted a simple mantra: "Kiss Your Life" — fully embracing the life you have today, appreciating the people around you, and intentionally creating a life you love. True wellness is more than physical health; it's people who support you, habits that align with your values, and real relationships. My favorite thing in the world is bringing people together.
